RFA: Extend _intsup.h to handle unusual pointer sizes

Hi Guys,

  The _intsup.h newlib system header file does not support 16-bit
  pointers, nor does it support targets which use non-power-of-2 pointer
  sizes.  The patch below adds support for short pointers (used by the
  h8300 target) and 20-bit pointers (used by the msp430 target).
