A texinfo conditional, '@ifset STDIO64' is used to selectively enable 
stdio64 documentation.

I'd somehow failed to notice that sys.tex documents _open64_r, 
_lseek64_r and _fstat64_r (but not _stat64_r) under that.

I have adjusted [2/6] to add all 4 of those functions to the menu and 
include the appropriate .def files.
