[PATCH 07/11] Fix typo-ed function names in efgcvt.c documentation

Fix typo-ed function names in efgcvt.c documentation, neither gvcvt nor gdvtf
exists.

	* libc/stdlib/stdlib.tex: Fix function name in menu to match.
