Hi!

Recently symbols "__NEWLIB__" and "__NEWLIB_MINOR__" were added to 
newlib/libc/include/sys/features.h. The numbers were not updated when 
newlib 2.2 was released and still show version 2.1.

Additionally I modified copyright year of the header - git history shows 
changes in each year between 2004 and 2014, so I guess the change to 
"...-2014" will be OK.
