[PATCH] Use correct ARM architecture profile for optimized ARMv6t2/v7 memchr version.

This is result of check of build objects parameters.
The ARM specific version matches in profiles to C stub version.
On the other hand for bare ARM arch there is mismatch

Tag_CPU_name: "6T2" and Tag_CPU_name: "ARM7TDMI"

but for this case 

 newlib/libc/machine/arm/lib_a-memchr.o

is empty.

Next script is used to check attributes
