List configuration

Hi!

Would it be possible to configure the list to include a list tag in subject of all e-mails? For example this message would be "reformatted" by the list to have a subject like "[newlib] List configuration". This would make it easier to configure mail filters, currently the only common thing is the list address which can be either in "To" or "CC" field. Most (all?) the lists have sth like that configured...
