Proper Conditionals for POSIX CX and XSI

Hi

While this was still fresh, I wanted to ask what was the
proper conditional for methods marked as CX or XSI
in the POSIX standard.

[CX] [Option Start] Extension to the ISO C standard [Option End]
The functionality described is an extension to the ISO C standard.
Application developers may make use of an extension as it is
supported on all POSIX.1-2008-conforming systems.

[XSI] [Option Start] X/Open System Interfaces [Option End]
The functionality described is part of the X/Open Systems
Interfaces option. Functionality marked XSI is an extension
to the ISO C standard. Application developers may confidently
make use of such extensions on all systems supporting the
X/Open System Interfaces option.

Also are the methods in the .h files in any particular order?
I was curious if it made sense to ensure the order in the POSIX
standard was being followed. This appears to be alphabetical.

I don't know when anyone will get to this but I thought it
would be good to get this much answered so we can list
it as an open project for RTEMS. Maybe we will get a volunteer.
