port maintainer requiring no approval for patches.

I, Sabrina Ni, am the employee of Andes Technology Corporation working on the nds32 newlib/libgloss port for Andes 32-bit CPUs.  I was authorized by Andes Technology Corporation to contribute the nds32 newlib/libgloss code back to the community. All contributed code was designed and written by Andes Technology Corporation.

Here, I would like to propose myself to be the nds32 CPU Port Maintainer.
