ftp Download broken

Thanks for bringing this to my attention.  The old index file still has
the sources.redhat.com references.  I have fixed this to change them to be sourceware.org.

However, that brings a strange error:
"Error 601 (net::ERR_FTP_FAILED): Unknown error"

Looking into 
ftp://sources.redhat.com/pub/newlib/
it seems that the file just doesn't exist.
