[patch, libgloss, mips] New linker scripts for mips

This is a ping for my patch to add some new mips linker scripts.

I would like to check in these new linker scripts to use with the GNU simulator.
There does not appear to be a specific MIPS cpu maintainer for newlib so I am hoping one
of the global maintainers can approve this patch.  I have write access to the binutils
source tree so unless newlib has extra restrictions on write access I can check in
the changes myself once they have been approved.
