Does this mean I can skip the FSF assignment? They didnt
reply up till now.
It seems that everybody has an different opinion on this matter.
The code I am submitting is a boilerplate simple code, no
rocket science. There must be a concept of proportionality in
law too, kind of "if the file contains "int my_global_var;" only
you don't need a copyright statement.

ps. The "THIS SOFTWARE IS NOT COPYRIGHTED" statement is already present in existing
libgloss/sparc/sparc-stub.c (it seems it is from Hewlett Packard).
