ndbm

Hi,

I have been reviewing what in POSIX isn't in
either newlib or RTEMS.  ndbm.h and services
wasn't in RTEMS or newlib.  I have managed
to get it to compile pretty cleanly for RTEMS.

Is a port of the FreeBSD 8.1 ndbm library of
interest to newlib?
