Infineon xc16x support

Hi,

On Mon, 6 Mar 2006 Shrirang Khishti from KPIT Cummins sent a patch for xc16x 
support to this mailing list. Because Shrirang doesn't take care about the 
open issues, I did it.

Please review the patch and let me know if there are still open issues.
