just some printf without OS, without malloc

Hi,

I am working on a new port for an embedded 16-bit target.

There is no OS. All I want to do is some printf into a console.

I would like to know which stubs I should implement. I also wonder if
I should implement a malloc and where. I wish I could avoid malloc, I
am looking for the simplest way.
