Newlib compile error

hi, all
   I meet compile error when I use the libc built by myself.
   It give initialise_monitor_handles errors as below.

In function `start':
(.text+0x38): undefined reference to `initialise_monitor_handles'

   Can anybody give me some idea or infomation?
