[PATCH] libm additions and corrections, 3 of 3

Attached are updated files to reflect adjustements made to account for
the log2/log2f patch that crossed this set.  libm/common/Makefile.am
and math.tex adjusted appropriately with respect to the first
transmission.
Also, I removed the Makefile.in files that I generated as there are some
weird differences that wouldn't be expected; it's likely best if Jeff
regnerates them, himself.
