[PATCH] swprintf corrections, wcsftime() corrections

I normally put ChangeLog entries in the patch file because my email
program likes to put in newlines for me (despite my having changed
the settings for it), which then breaks things in that manner. So
I can put them in the email if the lines are quite short, or I'll
just put them in a separate file.

Thanks for pointing out that ChangeLog patches are problematic.

Craig

However, would you mind to send patches in future without the ChangeLog
and rather put your ChangeLog entry into the mail as cleartext, not as
patch? ChangeLog patches seldomly apply cleanly.

Thanks,
Corinna
