Sorry, no such list is available.  You can go through the ChangeLog and 
look for all changes
made past the snapshot date.  To find the actual problem, you might need 
to go find a mailing list
entry that describes the problem in detail.

Remember that it is just a snapshot in time.

There is nothing to stop you from creating a time-based snapshot which 
would include all changes up
to the current date in which case there are likely to be no known 
problems or whatever few there are you
will be able to find details on the mailing list.
