Ok, checked in.  It never got checked in and there was no follow-up from
Ralf who submitted it.  The probable reason: nobody cared since no 
functions reference it; however, yes, it is part of SUSV3, only contains 
macro definitions, and after two years, one person (you) actually wants 
it, so I have checked it in.
