building newlib for i386

Hello,
I got trouble building newlib-1.15.0 for i386 target. I'm using the
standard configure like

../newlib-1.15.0/configure --target=i386 --prefix=$PREFIX

and it works fine but when making it, it stops at this point:

f_exp.c:36: error: impossible constraint in `asm'

The same with:
f_expf.c
f_pow.c
f_powf.c


Somebody got an Idea?

Do you know if somebody succeed to build newlib-1.15.0 for that
particular target[i386] using gcc-4.x.x?
