[PATCH] redefine _JBTYPE on cell spu

This patch redefines _JBTYPE syntax on the spu to something equivalent that works with 
non-gcc compilers (xlc specifically) in addition to gcc.  It's a one liner, tested with 
both gcc and xlc.
