This entry does not show up in toplevel ChangeLog.

And I would like to use <jie.zhang@analog.com> in the ChangeLog, since 
it reflects my employment. Sorry for not telling you first. I thought it 
would be myself to check it in as in binutils and GCC when the patch has 
been approved.
