[Patch] Fix broken make rules for libc,xstormy16.

Hello, Maintainers.

On xstormy16 target, some dependency rules was broken.
Objects generated from tiny-malloc.c should be added a prefix.

The attachment is a patch.
Could anyone review and apply it?

	Add $(lpfx) prefix to LIBADD objects.
	lib_a_DEPENDENCIES uses the value of lib_a_LIBADD.
