Patch checked in with modifications.

Libgloss uses autoconf 2.59 now.  I have modified your libgloss 
configure.in files and added aclocal.m4 to the libgloss/spu directory.

I also modified your machine/spu configure.in and Makefile.am to match 
the current style that works with the latest autotools changes.

In the future, please add ChangeLog entries in your patch notes.  I 
added them for you as they were obvious this time.
