I want to build a toolchain for arm with gcc-3.4.3 newlib-1.14 binuts-2.16.95,where can I get help?

Hello,everyone:
   I want to build a toolchain for arm,now I use gcc-3.4.3 newlib-1.14
buinuts-2.16.95
,but when build gcc again ,some error find.I have no patch for these
tar ball,who can
tell me how to do?where can I find some tarball like buildroot or
crosstool for newlib?
I am tired for this job.
   any one can give me some hints?
