[PATCH] Move sysconf.c to libc/posix

Can sysconf move to libc/posix?

	* libc/posix/sysconf.c: New file.
	* libc/posix/Makefile.am (GENERAL_SOURCES): Add sysconf.c.
	* libc/posix/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
	* libc/sys/linux/sysconf.c: Remove file.
	* libc/sys/linux/Makefile.am (GENERAL_SOURCES): Remove sysconf.c.
	* libc/sys/linux/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
