[patch] More autotools updates

Hi,

A minor update/cleanup to the autotools update:

The patch below removes AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS from those Makefile.am's not
needing it (ATM, only the toplevel Makefile.am needs it, all others use
the global AUTOMAKE_OPTIONS from AM_INIT_AUTOMAKE).

PS.: *-1.diff contains the actual changes. *-2.diff contains the diffs
resulting from rerunning the autotools with *-1.diff applied.
