I'm building a native i686-pc-linux newlib on an amd32, but multilibs
64 is enabled by default, so I thought I'd give it a spin. I am using
the amd64-libs-dev package provided by Debian for the -m64 build
though as well as gcc 4.0.1, so it should be a good start. I'll send
up any patches if/when I get it to compile. I won't be able to test it
though, since I don't have an amd64.
Cheers,
Shaun
