iconv

Hello.

If somebody wants to try iconv library port for Newlib (source version 
is http://www.dante.net/staff/konstantin/FreeBSD/iconv/iconv-2.0.tar.gz) 
I could send its beta-version. I don't want to send it directly to the 
mailing list since the patch is large enough.
