Increase libm performances....

Hi to all
I would to increase the libm performance forcing the IEEE math format
(no errno & matherr handler), -03 optimization e -fomit-frame-pointer
flags.

How I can do that ?
What are the needed configure settings ?
What are source modifications ?

And, I use only the Hitachi SH7045 (-m2 compiler option) in big-endiam
so I hope to build only related libraries (m2/....). In other words I don't
would multilib feature. How can I specify newlib to create only m2 libray
directory ?
