Can't configure Newlib for arm-elf target

I've resolved both problems :-) I should just download src/ and remove 
all subdirectories except of src/newlib  :-) After this I have normal 
Newlib install tree. Since I didn't worked with CVS before I was 
confused when I sighted gas/ , bfd/ and other subdirectories...
