[PATCH] libc/include/sys/config.h

Hi,

I've just applied the following patch.  It removes all Cygwin specific
stuff from libc/include/sys/config.h and includes a file cygwin/config.h
instead.  This file is new in winsup/cygwin/include/cygwin.
