License for new libgloss bits?

Hi folks,

So, we've got some bits that we'd like to put into libgloss, and I'm
wondering what license to use on them.

Looks like what's desirable is something which isn't the GPL, but
which is GPL-compatible.  I've got such a license, blessed by our
legal department and RMS.  Is that satisfactory?
