porting to the SH7047

Hi,
I am trying to get the GCC tool chain to compile for a SH7047 
(specialized SH2 for motor control). I am using newlib-1.10.0.
The memory map is different for the SH7047 and I need to change it. Am I 
correct in thinking crt0.s has anything to do with this or should I 
continue looking at the linker scripts?
