Sure.  

The patch was not attached to the original note, so I was
forced to cut and paste which of course lost all of the TABs.
I added them back to configure.host and Makefile.am.  When I attempted to apply
the 
patch, it also failed miserably.  It applied all of the new stuff to
libc/sys/nope
so I just copied to libc/sys/mmixware.

Regarding the copyright notices.  I see your point.  Most of the BSD-notices
reference
the notice above as well.
