[RFA]: Adding sysconf values to libc/include/sys/unistd.h

Hi,

I would like to add the following sysconf(3) values to unistd.h
so that they can be supported by Cygwin:

	_SC_PROCESSORS_CONF
	_SC_PROCESSORS_ONLN
	_SC_PHYS_PAGES
	_SC_AVPHYS_PAGES

Is that ok? The attached patch additionally changes the tabing slightly.
