newlib under Linux, next version

Looks quite good so far. I've fixed a few bugs in the previous patch,
enabled libc/posix and libc/unix, and cleaned up things a little.
I've also started work on the shell. The include hierarchy is still
hopeless, though.

Q: is this of any interest for this list ? In the archive, I've seen
   several rather negative comments on running newlib under a "real"
   Unix, so maybe I should move this elsewhere ?
