	* libc/machine/arm/strcmp.S: Add speed-preferred wrapper.
	* libc/machine/arm/strlen.S: Likewise.
	* libc/machine/arm/Makefile.am: Add dependencies.
	* libc/machine/arm/Makefile.in: Regenerated.
	* libc/machine/arm/configure.in: Add dependencies.
	* libc/machine/arm/configure: Regenerated.
