	* libc/include/sys/config.h[__mips__]: Don't bother
	setting __ATTRIBUTE_IMPURE_PTR__ here.
	[__rtems__][__mips__]: No need to undef the __ATTRIBUTE_IMPURE_PTR__
	macro anymore.
