	* libc/machine/spu/creat.c: New file copied from libc/posix/creat.c,
	it just calls open with appropriate arguments.
	* libc/machine/spu/Makefile.am: Add creat.c.
	* libc/machine/spu/Makefile.in: Regenerate.
