Log message:
	* libc/include/malloc.h: On cygwin, define malloc _r functions as wrapper
	macros to standard malloc functions.
	* libc/include/stdlib.h: Ditto.
	* configure.host: Always define MALLOC_PROVIDED on cygwin.
