	* libc/posix/execve.c: included unistd.h for "_execve" prototype.
	* libc/misc/unctrl.c libc/sys/sysvi386/crt0.c (sccsid): changed
	"#ifndef lint" to "#if defined(LIBC_SCCS) && !defined(lint)" like
	everywhere else.
