[builder] FYI: Remove generics JAPI runs and useless JikesRVM run

This builder patch removes the now redundant lines to
run JAPI for the generics branch, and also removes the
JikesRVM vs Classpath test which doesn't make sense
(Classpath shouldn't aim to be JikesRVM...)
