[committed] libstdc++: Fix up pr118196.cc test [PR118196]

Hi!

The test used #include "<generator>", so FAILed everywhere with
fatal error: <generator>: No such file or directory

Tested on x86_64-linux with RUNTESTFLAGS=conformance.exp=pr118196.cc
without/with the patch, committed to trunk as obvious.
