debug container mutex association

 Â Â Â  I've implemented this test for each container type of the library. 
We do have a problem with the std::list which uses only 8 out of the 16 
possible mutexes.

 Â Â Â  I'll keep it on my side and will propose a solution when back in 
stage 1 unless you see something urgent to fix.
