regex issue

Hello

     I am perhaps the only one but I am experimenting 2 failures 
regarding regex lately when tested in debug mode:

FAIL: 28_regex/match_results/ctors/char/default.cc execution test
FAIL: 28_regex/match_results/ctors/wchar_t/default.cc execution test

In both cases the reported issue is:

which is surprising because the involved test are not doing a lot of 
things...
