C++0x regex?

The regex library is still open.  Boost may be a good place to start for a 
tested implementation but the licensing issues need to be addressed and some 
pretty heavy integration work needs to be done, not to mention all of the 
boost portability stuff that could be elided.

I have a growing testsuite I can also contribute some time soon.
