Contribution to perflint

Hello,

My research group would like to make a contribution to the perflint 
project, which we've heard will be part on libstdc++ in the 4.5 release. 
  We're working with Silvius Rus on adding new diagnostics and improving 
the current ones.

One quick question on this process: I've talked with the lawyers here at 
our university and they would like to file a copyright disclaimer.  As 
per this webpage, http://gcc.gnu.org/contribute.html, how do we get a 
hold of the relevant forms?

Apologies if this is not the correct forum for asking; I couldn't find a 
list of specific maintainers anywhere.
