The testsuite/thread directory was removed at the start of February,
this patch fixes:

$ make -C testsuite/ testsuite_files
make: Entering directory
`/home/redi/src/gcc/build/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/libstdc++-v3/testsuite'
/home/redi/src/gcc/gcc-4.x/libstdc++-v3/scripts/create_testsuite_files \
          /home/redi/src/gcc/gcc-4.x/libstdc++-v3/testsuite `${PWDCMD-pwd}`
find: `thread': No such file or directory
find: `thread': No such file or directory
make: Leaving directory
`/home/redi/src/gcc/build/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/libstdc++-v3/testsuite'

Tested by verifying the generated file is the same before and after the patch.

        * scripts/create_testsuite_files: Remove thread directory.

OK for trunk and 4.4?
