Please don't use * in ChangeLog, all the files must be listed, no
descriptions needed, again just refer to other existing entries.

Also, please resend the patch itself with fixed formatting: *always* a
space after comma (for example between template parameters); always an
indentation of two spaces the line next to template <typename ...>
(e.g., for  struct _Fwd_list_node_base); watch carefully 80 columns. I
will not accept / tweak myself anymore wrongly formatted submissions, sorry.
